Pride@XL in partnership with EY hosted its very first edition of DEI conclave PRIDE PERSPECTIVES on January 25th, 2024 which saw a participation of over  300 folks, both virtually and in person on the campus. Registrations included students and professionals from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Ranchi,  IIM Kashipur, BITS Pilani,  HCL, Mahindra Logistics, Byjus, and Accenture, among others, across three panels that were led by the likes of Radhika Piramal, Zahara Fernandes, Suchitra Rajendra, Jaya Singh Panda, Vineeta Raghuwanshi and Subham Sinha.

The event featured insightful discussions on acceptance, coming out, and inclusive workplaces.

They emphasized proactive diversity initiatives, challenging biases, and the power of collective action. They also shared their personal experiences and career journey from campus to corporate. Examples from Accenture and Tata Steel showcased successful integration and iterative approaches to fostering inclusivity. The conclave encouraged authenticity, vocal advocacy, and the importance of continuous dialogue in advancing true Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in corporate spaces in India.
